Founder
Pastor Rick is a field coordinator for Missionary Ventures International and the head of Rescue First Ministries. Pastor Rick is also the ambassador for ISOM (International School Of Ministry) in the Dominican Republic.
Cindy and Serenity

Cindy serves as mission and ministry coordinator. Helping facilitate church awareness and outreach amongst our partnering churches.
Homero & Ester Fernandez
Office Manager & Executive Assistant
Homero is Ricks right-hand man when it comes to everything. As Rick travels all over, he leaves the ministry in the trusted hands of Homero while he is away. Ester is the executive assistant and head of the sewing ministry.

As well as leading the team at the Las Piedras feeding center, Pastor Willie is an English instructor.
Yerenissa Brito
Occupational Trade School Assistant
Starting in the morning when our office opens. She helps assist Ester in enrolling students, keep track of all records, and assisting in other areas of the ministry as needed.
